A new 2012 EXHIBITOR Magazine survey shows Facebook usage has increased by nearly 90 percent among marketers at trade shows. According to the benchmark survey, those companies that have tapped into the marketing potential of social-media applications claim to have increased brand awareness and enriched relationships with clients and prospects. They also have increased booth traffic and event attendance, additional press coverage and increased sales as direct results of their campaigns. Social media works.
